Fitness Center

Our state of the art fitness center has been designed with the active senior in mind. Our strengthening equipment is all based on hydraulics and, with a simple turn of a knob, you can adjust the tension on any of these machines. Also available are three different recumbent bikes, two eliptical machines as well as two treadmills.

55-59 years old

$25.00 per month
6 months minimum enrollment.

60-69 years old

$20.00 per month
6 months minimum enrollment.

70+ years old

$15.00 per month

Zumba

Picture an exciting dance party atmosphere full of Latin and international music. Each Zumba routine is basically watch-and-follow, where you learn dance steps that are easy to follow in a truly fun and party-like atmosphere. And you don’t need any previous dance experience. The moves are repeated often enough for you to catch on and they’re not complicated. At the end of class, you’ll leave feeling good and less stressed. Trust me. It’s infectious! And you’ll not only enjoy the results…you’ll love getting there!

Tai Chi

Anyone can benefit from Tai Chi and that, while the ability to stand and walk helps, simply performing the arm movements while sitting in a chair provides a great upper body workout similar to rowing a canoe down the gentle river, and simpler yet, that just watching the gentle, gliding movements of a group of Tai Chi practitioners can bring calming benefits to the mind. No prior knowledge of Tai Chi is necessary to be able to join right in on the very first day. Observers are welcome. Regular attendance is encouraged, but missing a class will not hinder making progress.

Sit and Be Fit

Sit and Be Fit is an exercise program for seniors and individuals with limited physical motion. Every morning a dedicated group of members gets together to watch Sit and Be Fit videos and exercise as a group to maintain muscle mass and stay healthy.
